Filma Ёлки 2 ir kārtējais pierādījums, ka krievi vēl joprojām prot taisīt labu kino, pieskaņojoties mūsdienu apstākļiem un notikumiem. Uzjautrinoša filma ar veselīgu devu nostaļģijas.
Ja salīdzinu ar pirmo filmas daļu, tad šī ir daudz mīļāka un emocionālāka. Atzīšos, ka nobirdināju pat pāris aizkustinājuma asaras. Šī nav filma, kas paliks atmiņā pēc piecdesmit gadiem, bet noteikti pamarinēsies prātā uz vismaz pāris dienām, kas mūsdienu kino pasaulē jau ir retums. Ёлки 2 neapšaubāmi būs vairāk saprotama un pieņemama auditorijai, kas labi saprot krievu valodu, jo daudzas nianses var palikt nesaprastas, ja pārtiek tikai no subtitriem un bildes vien.
Skatoties pēdējo gadu krievu pop kultūras filmas man prātā nāk tikai viena doma – krievu kinematogrāfija ir pamatīgi mainījusies un ir ļoti atšķirīga no tā kino, ko iepazinām caur tādām kino pērlēm, kā «Вокзал для двоих», “Бриллиантовая рука”, “Джентльмены удачи”, “Ирония судьбы, или С легким паром!”, “Служебный роман” un citas, bet tā nav sliktāka, tas vienkārši ir citādāks. Gluži kā daudzas lietas, kas mainās tikai tā viena iemesla dēļ – laiks nestāv uz vietas!
Pievilcīga fotogrāfiskā puse, asprātīga aktierspēle, krievu sirsnība un humors – tāda ir šī filma! Tāpēc izdzīvo vēlreiz skaistu Jaunā gada mirkli un dodies noskatīties Ёлки 2, kamēr tā zibsnī uz kino ekrāniem un, kas nav mazsvarīgi – domāju, ka patiks gan puikām, gan meitenēm!

Film Ёлки 2 is another proof that Russians still know how to make good cinema with the ability of adapting to modern times and events. Funny film with a healthy dose of nostalgia.
If compared to the first part of this film from last year, this one is much more emotional. One must confess of rolling some tears over my cheeks. This probably is not a film that will be remembered for the next fifty years, but it will stick with you for at least couple of days and that is a serious rarity of nowadays cinema.
Ёлки 2 will undoubtedly be more suitable and acceptable to an audience that is well acknowledged with Russian language and temper as such, since many nuances can remain misunderstood, if you feed only from the subtitles and on-screen picture.
After I have seen quite many Russian films during last few years I have only one thought – Russian cinematography has changed by 180 degrees over the last decades. It is totally different from the films like “Вокзал для двоих”, “Бриллиантовая рука”, “Джентльмены удачи” “Ирония судьбы, или С легким паром”, “Служебный роман” and others, but it is not worse by a bit, it’s just different. Like many other things that change only because of one reason – time passes!
Lovely photography, witty acting, Russian sincerity and humor – that is what this film is all about! So if you want to replay New Year’s eve magic once more, go and see Ёлки 2 while it is still on screen, plus last but not least – I am sure that it will be liked by boys and girls!
